Press Release – New York, New York – May 7, 2020 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it represented Lexaria Bioscience Corp. (OTCQB: LXRP) (CSE: LXX) in a private placement of common stock and warrants for gross proceeds of approximately $2 million.

The Special Equities Group, a division of Bradley Woods & Co. Ltd., acted as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.
