Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Borqs Technologies, Inc. in $27 Million Private Placement

Press Release – New York, NY – September 23, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented Borqs Technologies, Inc.  (Nasdaq: BRQS) in a $27 million private placement.  The offering consisted of convertible notes and warrants.  One-half of the notes were issued at the execution of definitive agreements and the other one-half of the notes will be issued upon the satisfaction of certain conditions, including effectiveness of a resale registration statement to be filed by the Company.
