Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP Represents MoneyOnMobile, Inc., in a $5 Million Private Placement

Press Release – New York, NY – February 12, 2018 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP announced today that it represented MoneyOnMobile, Inc. (“MOMT”), a global mobile payments technology and processing company, in a private placement offering with accredited investors in which MOMT received $4,998,000 in consideration for the issuance of 1,666 shares of Series H Preferred Stock and a five year warrant to purchase 3,332,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.50 per share.
