Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP Represents Acolyte Group in the Sale of its LED Lighting Business to CapStreet Private Equity Group

May 2, 2018 — New York, NY.  Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP (“SRFK”) represented The Acolyte Group, a New York based provider of fully integrated LED lighting systems, in the sale of its entire business to General LED, a portfolio company of Houston, Texas based private equity firm Cap Street Group.
