Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP Represents New Age Beverages Corporation in a $4.75 Debt Transaction

Press Release – New York, NY – June 20, 2018 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP announced today that it represented New Age Beverages Corporation (“NASDAQ. NBEV”), a Colorado based organic and natural healthy beverage company in a $4.75 million senior secured convertible promissory note transaction. A portion of the proceeds were used to repay the Company’s line of credit with US Bank. The Company also converted debt held by Sunkist Growers, Inc. an agricultural marketing cooperative, into shares of its common stock.
