Additionally, we advise clients in connection with the preparation and filing of shelf registration statements covering proposed future offers and sales of securities.

We regularly file registration statements relating to the proposed resale of securities issued in connection with various types of securities transactions, including PIPEs, equity lines of credit and other alternative financing transactions.
