Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents New Age Beverages Corp. in $37.5 Million At-The Market Financing

Press Release – New York, NY – October 15, 2018 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it has represented New Age Beverages Corporation (NASDAQ “NBEV”) in an At-The-Market Financing (“ATM”) in the approximate amount of $37.5 million. The ATM consisted of 8.08 million shares of NBEV common stock which was sold at an average price of more than $4.6 per share. Roth Capital Partners acted as sole agent for the ATM.  The Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP team was led by Partners Gregory Sichenzia, Marcelle Balcombe and Counsel Jeff Cahlon.
