Introduction

Mr. Lichtenberger is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group. After graduating from the University at Buffalo and receiving a BA in History and Political Science, Mr. Lichtenberger attended Albany Law School as an accelerated law student. Mr. Lichtenberger concentrates his practice on assisting private and publicly-traded companies in a broad range of debt and equity capital markets transactions, including “SPAC” offerings and PIPEs. He also regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, 1934 Act reporting requirements, and various corporate governance matters.
