Introduction

Martryn is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group and assists both U.S. domestic issuers and foreign private issuers on transactional matters. 

Martryn’s practice includes advising clients on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including U.S. IPOs, SPACs, debt financing, PIPEs and SEC reporting.

Before moving to New York, Martryn practiced as a solicitor in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Martryn graduated from Singapore Management University with a law degree. He is admitted to practice in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong, and speaks Chinese and Japanese.
