Mayank concentrates his practice on securities offerings and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He represents both public and private clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including public company reporting and investor relations activities.

With extensive experience practicing law in two different countries, Mayank uniquely understands the nuances of international legal systems, allowing him to effectively assist clients in navigating cross-border transactions and regulatory challenges. Mayank has experience representing domestic and international companies, as well as underwriters and investment funds, in initial public offerings, follow-on financings, PIPEs, and private equity transactions. Additionally, he assists business entities from various industries with general corporate matters and transactions, such as asset (stock) purchase agreements, employment agreements, shareholder (partnership or operating) agreements, as well as shareholder and board meetings. Mayank earned a B.A.LL.B (Honors) degree with a focus on corporate law from Hidayatullah National Law University in India and subsequently earned an LLM degree with a specialization in Business Law from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
