Press Release – New York, NY – December 30, 2024 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP announced today that it represented MKDWWELL Tech Inc. (Nasdaq: MKDW) in its PIPE offering and sale of a convertible note to one institutional investor for gross proceeds of US$1,700,000, which closed on December 9, 2024.
