Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents A.G.P. in $2.2 Million Common Stock Offering

Press Release – New York, NY – January 31, 2020 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it represented A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners as sole placement agent in a $2.2 million offering of common stock at $0.63 per share of Cocrystal Pharma, Inc.  (NASDAQ: COCP), a clinical stage biotechnology company developing antiviral therapeutics.  The shares were offered and sold pursuant to Cocrystal’s effective registration statement on Form S-3 (Registration No. 333-220632).
