Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents AiAdvertising, Inc. in $10 Million Private Placement Offering

Press Release – New York, NY – March 28, 2022 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented AiAdvertising, Inc., an innovative technology company and leading provider of AI-enabled marketing solutions (OTCM: AIAD), in a $10.0 million purchase agreement with GHS Investments, LLC.  The offering consisted of up to $10.0 million in shares of common stock.
