Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP Attorneys Achieve Complete Dismissal of Lawsuit

Press Release – September 13, 2016 – New York, NY – Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference attorneys Mendy Piekarski and Marc Ross achieve a complete dismissal of a lawsuit seeking unwarranted finder’s fees and commissions. Plaintiff sought fees for purportedly making introductions that resulted in certain corporate acquisitions and financings.

The court granted SRFF’s motion to dismiss because, among other things, SRFF demonstrated that the plaintiff failed to allege that the parties agreed to any fee whatsoever. The court dismissed plaintiff’s complaint in its entirety and rejected plaintiff’s request to amend the complaint.
