Press Release – New York, NY – February 28, 2017 – Nationally recognized securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP announced today that it has represented Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC and Fordham Financial Management, Inc. as warrant solicitation agents in a $2.3 warrant exchange and exercise for Aytu Bioscience, Inc. (OTCQB “AYTU”).
