Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP Advises Bitcoin on $2.3M PIPE with Management Participation

New York, NY – May 1, 2015 – New York securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced today that the Firm has represented Bitcoin Shop, Inc. (OTCQB: BTCS), a blockchain technology company and transaction verification service provider currently engaged in building out the universal digital currency ecosystem, on a $2.3 million private placement with investor Management Participation. The transaction consisted of 7,708,342 Units consisting of one share of common stock and 1.4 warrants at a price of $0.30 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,312,500.
